If you live in a major city where there is a gay neighborhood ("gay ghetto") do you live there or not? Why or why not?

First of all for the straight folks. A gay ghetto is not a ghetto. They are typically very nice neighborhoods....gay ghetto is slang for a neighborhood...typically urban where a lot of gay people have located.

I live in a mid-western town to small to actually have a gay ghetto. But we do have historic neighborhoods. All of these have a large gay population.

When I bought my last house the neighborhood association board consisted of 3 gay men, a fag hag, 2 other straight people and 1 guy who is the last person on earth to figure out he's gay.

I love the sense of community, being able to walk to visit friends and stuff. I do wish we had more neighborhood businesses...like a larger city's gay ghetto would have.
So, yes and no is my answer :-)

Yes, I live in a gay neighborhood. I'm not gay. But the reason I live there is because that's where I found an apartment that I liked and could afford to buy. I didn't care one way or another about whether or not it was a 'gay neighborhood'.

Since we live in the same apartment building you know that i live near a couple of gay neighborhoods (Meyerland and Montrose). Just a convenient place for work and proximity to the gay'ttos

Im sorry to inform you this (nicely honestly im not) you dont settle on no matter if youre gay, bisexual or immediately .. You both are or ypu arent .. The "gay way of existence" is an similar as a straights way of existence except they flow out to gay bars and nighttime golf equipment for gays ... similar way straights flow to nightclubs .. Youre son being gay must be a non difficulty and if he depended on ypu sufficient to inform you the least you may do is be supportive .. Youre son is going by a tricky time the position he must be uncertain about his sexuality althougb identity say he's familiar with by now ... i desire you study the thanks to except your son more effective .. solid success

No. We live in a very nice home in Swansea, Il.

Why because I love nice things and so does my husband. We have good jobs and have worked hard for what we have established. I consider my home to be almost a work of art that I enjoy showing off as often as possible.
