It is a reward card giving you points for purchases at Sainsburys, vodaphone, BP and a few others.
It is a very poor one in my opinion, you need to spend hundreds of pounds before you can even but a McDonalds cheesburger with it.

It's a loyalty card for Sainsburys and a couple of other stores , e.g. Debenhams and I think BP too. You collect points and then can use them - I save them up and use them at Sainsburys at Christmas.
