What is more importatant to being a beartifull woman on the inside, or look like a beatiful fake model on the out side.

I'll have to go with a fairly nice both. Being beautiful and fake would make me a horrible person, but being beautiful on the inside and ugly on the outside would make me feel horrible all the time!

I can not make one selection but instead I would choose both. It would matter to me to be beautiful on the inside as well as have care for how I appear on the outside.....but beauty is always in the eye of the beholder.

You can't fix ugly on the inside or outside, so hope for a good combination of both.
