YES, your ANGER IS the Issue -- along with your destruction or damage to property. IF you do NOT get treatment for these issues -- and take responsibility for your violence (and yes, it IS Violence -- and that means being responsible for the Costs of Emotional, Mental, Physical Damages) --
YOU will end up eventually in JAIL for the problems with your behaviors.

But the reason you have an "overwhelming desire to destroy inanimate objects" is anger. Thus anger IS the issue and anger management is what you need.

As long as you pay for them afterwards and aren't hurting anyone, I don't see the problem. That includes emotional pain.
