Absolutely Honesty and Trust. There is no such thing as complete financial security. And while attraction in a relationship can be important, even someone beautiful becomes ugly when there is lack of honesty and trust.

Although I am not married, I have observed any people who are and there seems to be 3 things in common that are the of the most important qualities in a Marriage....
1. The ability to be flexible
2. Compromising
3. being very honest and open with your significant other
4. Oh yah and SEX

I think it's respect and sexual attraction 50/50. When you respect your spouse, you'd be honest, open, responsible financially and emotionally in a positive way, and when the two can still feel the passion day and night, the marriage is working.
