fantastic question! Kudos!

i think some of the time it is, mostly small blissful moments are, like when really your whole life is troubling you, but you still can laugh at things. I agree definitely.
But i think sometimes people can truly feel blissfully happy and joyful. Usually these people are able to put aside bad things and not give them much more then a second thought.

It depends on the circumstances. Doing drugs feels good but is actually bad. BUT exercising feels bad (or good) and is actually good for us.

it takes your mind off of bad things, that's why it hurts so much when reality hits again

im not really sure what it means but i feel like its conected to how i feel towards life in some twisted way.
