I've been working in bars for 2 years and my helthy lifestyle has seriously deteriorated. Although I am one of those people who's weight doesn't fluctuate easily, I have gained a little round the stomach and want to know if lots of water, cutting down carbs and not brinking beer will do the trick over time?

It's calories in versus calories out that counts, not where they come from. Don't give up beer, make sensible choices using our beer calorie guide: http://www.united-nations-of-beer.com/beer-calorie-guide.html

And some FREE lifestyle changes will help you burn those calories and lose the gut: http://www.united-nations-of-beer.com/beer-gut.html

You already have the knowledge to loose the excess. Throw in 20 minutes of crunches each day or a 2 to 3 mile walk and you will see results in the first month.
