Mont Tremblant, Quebec (Canada). There will be LOTS of snow, and plenty of winter activites other than skiing, such as skating, snowshoeing, etc. There is also a big tubing hill in the area, called Mont Avila....it's the real deal, with chairlift and everything.
If you go to Mont Tremblant, you will only be an hour away from Montreal, which is a really fun city to visit.

The province of Quebec has a lot to offer. There is great sledding,glorious churches, musees and dining in Montreal. Visit Quebec
city too you don't even have to speak French.

Duluth, Minnesota. There will be plenty snow and parks to go sledding/tubing. I also heard that there are haunted mansions up there...you could do some more searching....

Jackson Hole Wyoming. Plenty of skiing, snow shoeing, snow mobiling, old west town, horse back riding, musems, cant name everything but lots to do.
