Surprisingly you can get some very unique items on e-bay for a good price. I got an autographed alice cooper album for my fiance (who is the same way, a man with everything) for about $60/ Add the frame and the backing you can make it under 100, just bid smartly. Find his fave group and see what you can find! I'm sure he doesn't have that.

Find something he can do with you. Time with you is the best gift. Take him to dinner, or a movie he wants to see. Something he likes to do, maybe, go to an art show, wine tasting, a car show. Pay to have a family portrait done.

Get him a good bottle of wine. Fnd out what he's been enjoying of late, then go to a winery (NOT a liquor store, please...) and ask the people there to direct you to something similar in essence, but something nonetheless new to him in some aspect of flavor. I'm sure they'd be able to suggest something good. Just a suggestion.

Something reflecting a fond memory. Do you have any pictures of something you two did? If so, make something like a scrap book out of it. Or something that will make him laugh. That's something I would like.
