What do yout think about Asian and Hispanic Dating?

I am hispanic (guatemala) I currenlty have a boyfriend who is Asian. I noticed everytime we go out people always stare at us.. Do you think is weird seeing and hispanic and asian dating??Moslty people who are hispanic... what do you guys think? Just curious....

It's not an issue. It's the 21st century already! People who stare have the problem.

My current roommate is from Honduras and his girlfriend is from China. What is wrong with that? Nothing. People stare for dumb reasons, they are usually bored by seeing the same types of people all the time. It used to be when blacks were dating whites, now it is Asians dating anyone that isn't Asian. Nothing wrong with that because in the long run the world will end up having people whose names reflect their heritages. Like Mohammad Ferdinand MacGullicutty or Susan Jai Wong or something where all heritages are mixed into one class of person. Of course that will probably take another few thousand years, but I will let you know, cause I plan on still being around then.

I think it is great! And do not worry about people looking at you. A few may, but I think some of those looks are probably because you two make a striking couple. We get used to seeing in a mono-cultural way, when we see something different we are often surprised, intrigued, and interested. That's why we look. So don't be anxious. Just have fun, be yourselves, and let things happen as they should between two people who respect one another and care for one another. You are a great example to the rest of us, what ever culture we are from.

I'm not hispanic, but I see nothing wrong with it as long you all care about each other and enjoy each others company the hell with what others think. People are always going to judge but you can't let that stop you from dating someone you like.

Why should it matter what race a person is from as long as you have the same interests, beliefs, goals in life, etc. (you typically find out these things through dating)? Furthermore, why should it matter what other people think if both of you are happy?

I certainly see no problem with it.

i saw this question head line and honestly i was like what on earth is this person asking. i don't think anything of any different nationalities dating. white, Asian, black, Indian, purple... never even thin of it. maybe the two of you are a good looking couple? or your unique looking people? i don't know hwy people always look at you. some times some couples are striking that's the only thing i can think.

dont mind those people, they are just jealous cuz im sure you two look cute together! just think how beautiful your children would be if you got married!

there is not one thing wrong with interracial couples and if anyone tells you different, they are ignorant and need to grow up!!

even here in the deep south, interraccial couples are the norm.

im a firm beleiver in LOVE....doesnt matter if yr white,black,asian,hispanic, straight, gay, old, young (except underage and of age)...LOVE is LOVE!!! hang onto it!!!

I honestly dont think anything of it. But honestly I've never seen a hispanic person dating an asian person. Im hispanic person myself (mexican), but see here where I live there is basically more hispanic people. But hey dont worry about looking weird with your bf. Who cares wat people think, if you like him then the hell with everyone else =)

No, i think its just in your head that you think everyone is staring. It may be interesting because you dont see it often, but it's not weird or wrong or anything. Date who you want.
