Of course not! By definition, destiny is beyond anyone's control. Destiny is a person's future, already laid out.
I believe one can control one's future. I do not believe in destiny.

Maybe, if you had all the money in the world. But Since I don't things are limited in what I can do on a monthly basis. But if you mean the after life with Heaven or Hell. Yes you can choose where you go choose who you follow.
