The longer you let this inadequacy continue, the worse it will become. See an Urologist and/or Family doctor. There are many, many reasons for that problem, anything from your nerves to prostate cancer. See a Doctor NOW - and so what if your "partner" leaves, don't tell us your whole relationship is built on sex! Get to a Doctor NOW and get well, then move on! Get a real partner - someone who cares, and loves you...

Aphrodisiacs are questionable at best.
Mental attitude counts for a lot and a simple change in your diet (less red meat, more chicken and raw vegetables) may do the trick

If you're partner is leaving you because you're not giving her enough orgasms, she is pathetic and not even in the relationship for love. You're best bet would tbe to try different things. Toys, role-play, threesomes, orgies. Eat better and get more energy. Try to find her G-spot. Try oral sex. its spelled Aphrodisiacs. They include chocalate covered strawberries or champagne.

not being able to get it up, may indicate your really nervious over the thought of making love.
Lay a lot of heavy forplay on her.attend to all of her parts, then go down on her
by that time, if your not arrosed enough to get hard, there may be a deeper problem in you that needs to be addressed

Saw Palmetto may help, it can be purchased in any healthfood store, and most drug stores in pill form. Good luck.
