It may seem like I am a front runner, but I think Colts beat NY Giants.
The Colts have too many offensive weapons, and even when there defense looked bad, they beat the Patriots and put up a good defensive effort there. Besides that, Manning has now shown he can play in any condition, at any time, with any score. He is showing unparalled skill
The Giants and Bears will probably have a rematch for the NFC championship, and I think that the Giants will win this time. The Bears will fall apart in the second half, with Eli Manning actually doing well down the stretch and leading his team to victory.
In the finals, Eli will semi-choke and Peyton will struggle against a very good NY Giants defense. However, Peyton has shown he can beat any team and any defense, and he will put out a good performance, enough for his team to win by a toughdown or two.

Hard to go against Indy, but I am going with San Diego....wait, Schottenheimer never makes it to the Super Bowl.....Indy over Chicago. Barn burner at 38-31.

I like Indy vs. Carolina with Indy winning 31-20. I think Indy would have gotten it done last year if not for the tragedy in the Dungy family. That was very distracting....
