when u think of physical/chemical change think of whether the change is permanent or it can be reversed with the simple procedures.
Ice cream melting -> you can keep the melted ice cream in deep freeze to get the ice cream in its original form. So it is physical.

Candle burning: U can not get the candle back once it is burnt. Don't say that I will grab some money from my dad's pocket and get a new one. Just kidding. Chemical

Bathroom mirror fogging: Hey open that silly window in the bathroom to get the fog out of the mirror's way. Physical

Milk turning sour: U can not turn the milk again in its original form by simple procedures coz. it has already been acted with enzymes from bacteria. Chemical

sugar in water: I don't know if u guys ever heard of things like decantation, filtration, crystallization. U can get the sugar back with the simple procedure. Physical

From what very little I know about these types of changes, a substance can go through a physical and chemical change depending upon the environment and other influences. When you add something to an object to change it it is influenced by you doing something physical, then there is a breakdown of it's chemical components. But if I had to be specific I would guess, and I use guess without studying beforehand, that all of them are chemical induced changes that create physical change. These again I stress are guesses. I have provided some references.
