Hello im looking for complete adsense sites created with the onsite seo allready done(metatags, htags, title all optimized), i can get the content myself or if u can also do the content urself that would be great. Looking for outside the usa only . Might get alot done later on if this works out.

I know of a good one, but it's a US based company. They have everything you just mentioned you need. And their web site buildering software is very dynamic and easy to use. It comes with adsense, seo settings that you can set how you need. It's definitely something you should look into.
