I most definitely believe that there are men who are completely 100% straight- they have never felt a sexual impulse for men and are completely aroused by women, femininity, and the female body.
Then they can meet one man who they find irresistible, who they fall in love with, and would be sexually responsive to. Even after this, they are still 100% straight- they don't like any other men and they still love women. Although they can find complete sexual satisfaction with that man, the male body and male genitalia, divorced from the person who inhabits that body, is unarousing.
In that case, the man really is straight even though he can be in a gay relationship. He isn't bicurious or bisexual, even, just straight and in love with a person who happens to be a man. Now, a lot of men may try to play it off that way when they in fact have bisexual or homosexual feelings, which is not the same, but just wants to claim 'straight' status and avoiding the bad things about being bi or gay. But a precious few are actually straight but in love with men.
I will always maintain that love is gender-blind.
Good luck with your dude!

Most "straight" guys would never admit that they find another guy sexually attractive because that would require them to re-examine their "straightness."
Then again, there are lots of guys who find ways of calling themselves "straight" even though they have sex with other men on a semi-regular basis. People can be very good at lying to themselves or rationalizing behaviors that are inconsistent with their attitudes.

thats perfectly fine if you feel that way, but being straight means you dont feel any attraction toward other men at all. but then again your not gay because you obviously like woman and this is the only guy you feel like this about. and your not bi-sexual because then you would find all guys and all girls attractive. judging from this, i submit to you a scale of sexuality...
Straight -only the opposite sex is attractive
Straight w/ slight gay - only the opposite sex is attractive but a very few amount of exceptions for the same sex
Bi-sexual - equal amount of men and women are attractive to you
Gay w/ slight straight - only the same sex is attractive but a very few amount of exceptions for the opposite sex
Gay - only the same sex is attractive
and if you ask me, yes, i think there are lots of men that fit into the 'straight w/ slight gay' category. i think there are lots of people that fit into the 'straight w/ slight gay' and the 'gay with slight straight' but those people are afraid to admit to it because all they know of is Gay, Straight, or Bi-sexual, and its hard for them to know what they fit into because none of those apply
so dont feel worried about being called gay, or bisexual, your in that mid category, and im sure there are millions of people out there that fit that category with you
Cando 86's response was kinda good, but if you ever feel sexual attractions to another man, and your a man, you are NOT considered straight. you fit into the category that is mainly straight w/ a few exceptions, you can call that category anything you want but you can not call it straight because that would completely alter the definition of the word 'straight' in that context. you would be contradicting yourself and make absolutely no sense at all. straight = no gay feelings.
again, this doesnt mean your gay or bisexual, your in between straight and bisexual at some point, but you are definitely not straight, but your close to it.
