Scouse/Manc Chavs that really just need someone to love them, so they go round terrorizing people who can't defend themselves.
Grungers/Moshers are ok - quite irritating but since they are all middle class, you know whey they give up the greasy haired look when they are 21 and ready for a life in banking.
