Maybe he sent the message to you by mistake or maybe the two of you had a conversation that you've forgotten about. I think that he's saying that if you asked him who's life is more important, he would say that his life is more important but he says that because you are a part of his life and maybe his life wouldn't be worth living without you in it.

If you don't know this person it doesn' t make much sense. Because what he's saying is this woman or whoever is his life and if he was ask whose life was important his or yours he would have to say his life because that person is his life and she would walk away misunderstanding because she is his life.

possibly he's homesick and lonely? i'd experience suffocated if everyone even an actual chum contacted me that many times in one day! possibly you may tell him to maintain it at a minimum due on your telephone plan so he does not get obsessed.
