I think that the term "Indian" is really a misnomer. In the context of Bolivia, it is meant to state that 60% of the population in Bolivia is Native South American.
By that clarification, 60% of the population in Bolivia is indeed "Indian".

you are misundurstanding. they are original native and migrated whites called them as red indian or american indian. they are not original indian and are original Bolivians
