“Remember it’s a sin to kill a mockingbird.” That was the only time I ever heard Atticus say it was a sin to do something, and I asked Miss Maudie about it.
“Your father’s right,” she said. “Mockingbirds don’t do one thing but make music for us to enjoy . . . but sing their hearts out for us. That’s why it’s a sin to kill a mockingbird.”

Wow ... where could you possibly find passages from the book?

How about you start by buying a copy of the book? Next, I would suggest reading the book. If you're still having trouble finding quotes after that, come back and see us.

Why don't you look threw the book? Im guessing this is your school summer reading assignment right? Do it your self it will help you in the long run.
