I don't understand how my tax money would be involved if they sued anybody.

Anyway, I think if they are in the country illegally, they should be arrested on the court steps on their way to the trial involving their suit - along with the employer who hired them and the dirt bag lawyer representing the employer.

Just thinking of all the money I give the govt that goes to "guest workers" makes me sick. And then they want to use our court system to try to get more money Is the tip of the iceberg. If people really knew what this is doing to this country things would be different but we have to be PC. I want to know when in the history of this country did people start thinking any person on this earth has the same rights under our constitution as the people in this country. that is the problem. and its absurd

even though i do not like the illegal immigrants i am going to have to say yes.
if they already worked for someone and the employer refused to pay them, thats just evil regardless of the illegal's circumstances,someone should defend them, atleast for their pay, then they can deport them.
