I have been curious about the permanent makeup especially the eyeliner - anyone have experience with it?

erm yeah my mum has them. but it is not really advisable cuz it is quite dangerous. just one missed prick and there goes ur eye. if there are infections after the tattoo it will be the worst days of ur life. my mum told me it is more painful than eyebrow tattooing cuz the skin there is more sensitive. it is not quite an 'in' thing now. and it doesnt look really good after a long period of time. (it turns dark green like normal tattoos).

do it 1st with a eye liner pencil and then do it over with a liquid liner
