I am such a retard, ok so now we know that, i'll tell ya what i did. I have my regular pin number on my phone and a password too. The password request comes up when i switch my phone on, then once i have entered the correct password, a screen comes up asking for my pin number so when i enter that i can use my phone. I put this password on my phone so if someone tries to turn my phone on, they can't enter the wrong pin three times and get my phone blocked. Well, the problem is i changed both my password and my pin number so now i cant turn it on at all. Any ideas? i don't want to call orange if i can avoid it cuz it costs a bomb. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze help!

i did the same thing...(but remembered my password in the end!!!) the best thing to do is go to an orange shop/the shop you bought it from cos the numbers orange give out over the phone are for your sim card etc not your phone as the phone isnt connected to orange, the sim is.

Go to a shop get their advice im 99% sure they'll be able to help you out, or try the manufacturers website!

Ok if you want peeps to help :

What phone is it?

If you can't turn it on that isn't anything to do with passwords - sounds like the battery is dead (or the phone)

If you changed a password and forgot it I could understand but there isn't anything to suggest except plug your charger in and try then as it sound like the battery has died.

Also try the obvious - take battery out - take SIM out and MMC if there is one - put them all back and try again.

Orange doesn't cost a bomb either it's cheap...

Sounds a bit suss to me this ?!

With t-mobile yo can do it online if you're registered. Maybe you can do the same with Orange. Or go to an Orange store instead.
