I've experienced orbs myself. When a bunch of us friends get together it's always at the same house (not mine). I'm very rarely without my digital so I've taken many pictures of us goofing around, inside and out of the house and have many pictures with the orbs in them.
At first I thought it was dust myself but realized that some pictures have them and some do not. I hadn't cleaned or touched the lens at all. It was also snowing on one of the nights and I could tell distinctly which were orbs and snowflakes. Some of the orbs inside were diamond shaped. Her house and yard is the only place I've experienced the orbs and I've taken many pictures with the same camera of my dogs in my own home and elsewhere and have never had any orbs show up on any of the pictures.
I started looking into it and had found some very helpful sites that can answer many of your questions. I also asked the friend who lives in the house and she admitted to having some "ghostly" encounters previous to the discovery of the orbs.
Personally I do not believe the orbs are angels but rather "paranormal energy."
All you can do is compare your pictures to some of the pictures from the sites and see what they say. It's been awhile since I've looked at the sites so I'm sorry I can't give you any more information. If you'd like though I can e-mail you some of my own pictures.

The reason why dust sometimes appears as orbs in pictures taken by cameras is due to the light from the flash being reflected off of the shiny side of the dust particle. Hence, cameras that don't use a flash, or video cameras aren't as likely to record such an event. That's not saying that there aren't spiritual events, just that usually most orb photographs fall into this category.
Now, to test this theory, you could perform some air purification for the room. Maybe install some vent filters to remove the possiblility of the a/c adding dust to the room. Try to get the room as free of dust as possible and see if the orbs continue to show up in the film.

I have many orbs at all times. People say it is dust but I'm sorry, it is not. The Orbs are all different sizes, some very bright and some not. Some very large and some very small. If people think that a dust particle can be this large then something is wrong in their thinking. I have one pic of me with a large orb behind my head that is the size of my head. That isn't dust folks. I don't know what it is or what they want or even what they are but it is very unsettling.

I know you said you didn't want an answer from non-believers but although I believe in the paranormal I know orbs are nothing more then a photographic effect caused either by a faulty camera or by light from the flash or elsewhere reflecting off specks of dust. Digital cameras are more prone to this phenomenon for some reason then older film cameras.
The evidence disproving photographic orbs I am sorry is now overwhelming.

most "orbs" are simple light reflections from particles of dust floating in the air.
A true orb, one that cannot be debunked must meet some qualifications.
first it must be generating light not reflecting light. careful study of the picture can tell if this is the case or not.
things to look for are alternating colors from the background.
and a light source to cause a reflection.
if caught on video it must have it's own flight pattern and not follow any possible air currents.
**********************
even if what you have is a true "orb" then it is just a collection of energy. it is not evidence of the paranormal. these energy collections could be the result of many things.
sometimes they do mark a spiritual energy form.
most of the time they are just electrostatic impressions.

I've read a lot of Sylvia Browne's books (I just love her) and she says real orbs (not everything is an orb of course) are always angels. She says angels can manifest in many different ways, and that we all have more than one angel around us at all times. I would take this as a very comforting sign, and know they are watching over you and your baby.I urge you to read her books, they have given me a lot of comfort with things like this. She's also on The Montel Williams Show every Wed. morning. Wish I could see your picures. I have a strange picture I've always wished I could ask Sylvia about. You can actually see people in it. I'd like to know if they are angels or spirit guides.

i'm no longer demanding on the subject of the orbs maximum in all threat they're easy mirrored image or another explaination.. i mean in case you may get somebody who's an authority in photos he would be waiting to describe it to you. yet once you nonetheless have that doubt or uneasiness on your suggestions then what you ought to do next is to ask the people residing around that homestead for extra techniques and ultimately in case you have yet another decision of a house then why don't you opt for the homestead that did no longer reason you to have doubts in the 1st place.

Yes you are right they are Angels. If there were 4 orbs in your baby's room it means that your baby is very lucky and has 4 Angels watching over. Most people have between 2-5 Angels that watch over them at all times. Your very lucky you get to see this. God does wonderful things to protect us well were here on earth. If you don't want to see them anymore all you have to do is ask God. I would probably just ask him "Thank-you for showing me that my baby is being protected by you. Thank-you for the Angels that you have watching over my child but I'm not comfortable seeing the orbs of light they are sending off. Please let them protect my baby but I don't want to see them anymore." Say this before you go to bed a few times and I'm sure you will not see them anymore. It sounds stupid but it will work I promise.

Why is it that people see orbs and automatically think "angel". No, most of them are specs of dust, reflections of the light, etc. A few of them are ghosts (though I have to admit, I never see them in orb form so I'd love to know why a camera sees them that way).
As for being an angel... tell me, why would an angel show up on camera as a round glowing orb even if they did exist? Aren't they supposed to be a little more well defined than that?

I've personally experienced ball lightning but nothing like what you describe. The biggest difference being that I was certain if the ball lightning touched me I would be badly burned or killed. Try borrowing a camera from a friend, or a video recorder, see if the results change. Bring witnesses.
