I need to get the Wii as a gift so I am planning on waiting. I am going to a 24/7 Wal-Mart, so what time should I start to wait, they plan on giving them out at midnight on the 19th. Thanks

Well, according to an insider observer at Nintendo, there will be at least 4 million Nintendo Wii that would have been ship by years end. However, in competing with the PS3, the Wii might be the best alternative console for those who don't have the PS3 now, so you might better get it before Christmas or pray that people start getting the XBox 360 as another alternative. I'm pretty sure that the Wii is going to sell out during their launch on Sunday if people don't have the PS3.

Don't even bother. Everyones obsessing over the PS3. You're sure to get a Wii by christmas, or Hanukah. Don't stress over it.
