This is not an option, if you are living in Singapore. You would be penalized S$50 at the time I visited this beautiful country 5-times starting from 1991 to 1996. I do not know the current rate of fine imposed for not flushing toilet after use.
So, to some this question may look like a funny one, but to people who really had to pay for neglecting this 'duty', this is a real question. However, I did not pay any money since I am obsessive 'flusher' (LOL).

When I was little we lived on a farm and we would get into trouble if we flushed every time because it would make the septic tank overflow (yuck!) and to this day I still find myself not flushing EVERY time. : )~

Whenever I forget, the toilet calls me back, it's programmed that way.
I didn't like the self-flush option, this way is more fun!! I mean a toilet calling you!! Try it.
