what the best self tanner out there???? and how to properly apply it???

i got a self tanner is like a moose from victorias secret and i think ot makes me look like one of the litlle peolple of willy wonka i want something that makes my skin look golden and please tell me whats the best way to apply it,

I like Loreal self tanning lotion, I haven't tried the gelee. I have fair skin and I bought the medium-deep!! The first time I used it, I messed up around my feet and palms. But now is the perfect time of year to get used to applying it, because you're less likely to expose your mistakes. The second you put it on you see a nice coloration. I put it on after a shower and before I go to bed. It develops fully overnight. I apply it to the backs of my hands first. Then I start with the tops of my feet and work my way up. Then wash your hand (palms) really good with soap and water(or they will turn orange) once you have completed the application. Be ready to stand around for about 15 minutes. It will get on your clothes if you get dressed too quick. When I was at the beach I would put it on and get dressed right after, but it washed out of my clothes. It will wear off unevenly, nothing you can do about that. A good body scrub helps, and it's good if you use one just before you apply to get rid of dead skin and be more smooth. I have seen some tanning cloths available, but I have never used those. Good Luck

what i do and it really works fine :) use a well moisturiser first (i take advantage of child lotion) rub that during well far and wide. go away it for a couple of minutes to dry then follow the tan. make certain you get far and wide so its now not patchy and watch out on ft, knees and , ancales on account that those exhibit up greater than different ingredients of the frame, follow small dobs to those ingredients. however adequate to make it seem like you've got a few on well good fortune :)
