Honestly, I am not trying to pull a joke nor am I trying to be sarcastic. The Bush Regime had about 4 group of people.

1. The Corporations = Cheney, Exxon, The Scowcroft Group

2. The Jews who were promised full security for Israel and wealth if Bush won the White House = Canadian Frum, Wolfowitz, Perle, Kristol, Libby , Kissinger ect....

3. Joe Wilson & others who really thought they were serving the United State but got the boot for working

4. The Christians who really thought that Bush was a man of God. The Christians that really wanted a moral United State. The Christians that were concerned about the direction of the United State after two fags kissed on stage celebrating the victory of Bill Clinton. The Christians that were concerned about the rising crimes in the United State. I share all of your concerns too but you guys just jumped on the wrong boat.

Maybe us Christians should just give people like Rush and O'Reilly the boot for helping to screw us huh

I did not vote for Bush, and I do not take anyone else's advice as fact. I choose to study all of the candidates and select the one that I think fits the criteria best for the position being filled. As a christian I worry about values but I am the one that handles the things my children watch, read, and listen to and or play on the computer. I am very tolerant of all sides of just about any issue but I am not above calling a spade a spade. I also am not afraid or ashamed to admit that I make mistakes and fall short of the grace of God myself upon occasion and therefore while I will condemn a sin I will not usher anyone into hell as I am not a fit Judge nor jury for that. And if I thought I had jumped onto the wrong boat, I can just as easily jump ship or go down with it..whichever is necessitated.

I think your fellow Christian brothers and sisters have begun to realize that they have been acting like sheep for way too long.

I am a Democrat, and I disagree with most of the Republican core beliefs concerning the economy and foreign affairs, but I truly believe that most republicans do not want Jesus in the oval office, and are perfectly capable of making decisions about politics and moral standards on their own. When a few "talking heads" lay claim to hoards of loyal followers, they only belittle that group, and make them appear too inept to think for themselves.

I'm even going out on a limb here, but I will bet even Conservative republicans want a government with some resemblance of dignity, and that is duty bound to hold respect for it's citizens.

There is a reason why people are put in the spot light or placed on a pedestal. The polls were different this year in time, and when you are walked on it's a bit difficult to see who is doing the walking. the attentions of many Americans were led astray, you must admit that, not only the Christian.

i think its way past time for christians to clean house. your leaders have failed you. ken haggard is just the top layer of the corruption. ironically he was one of the biggest figures in the american corporate church. remember jesus throwing money changers out of the temple? do you have any idea what a money changer is? its disgusting to think a relgious organization would take someones grandmothers money and spend it on drugs and prostitutes. and then tell grandma to vote republican because they are the "right" party to vote for.

christians need to learn to stop moralizing and deal with themselves. how many christians would even let jesus, a smelly homeless guy in their homes or even churches? jesus preached turn the other cheek -- not bomb the middle east.
gay marriage is not a religious issue -- go find something that is.

christians have been duped by their leaders just like this whole country has been. someone needs to start talking about a revolution.

Bush was only living up to the rest of the Hill. You don't still think that there are people up there that can be trusted. My trust is not in Bush, Clinton, or any of the others up there on the Hill. My trust is in Jesus Christ and He is the One that will see us through not the President, Congress or any of those others. Our duty as Christians is to pray for them and God will take care of the rest.

we did not jump on the wrong boat it is just a sign of Jesus' return and God's declaring of ultimate justice on the world after all God did give free will to all. So everyone has the God given right to be uninformed and illogical. By the way homosexuallity is a religious arguement look inthe book of Leviticus.
