healthy snacks that are high in vitamins and minerals, things like fruit, veggies and dip, peanut butter sandwiches, cheese and crackers, yogurt, applesauce, milk and a few cookies for a sweet tooth, try to stick to things that are healthy and have a good nutrional value, but now and again a small portion of junk food is ok.

You eat everything a older pregnant woman would eat. Eat a balance diet including; fruits, vegetables, meat--basically things that provide you with nutrients--calcium, protein, iron and so one. Take prenatal vitamins as well. Talk to a doctor about your concerns and you'll be just fine!
