The spontaneity of the questions developed for the particular people in the room is what makes the game fun. You're not going to find any exceptionally generic dares.

Dare someone to spend the night in a haunted house....
or Dare someone to find a person on the street and ask them if you can to do something for them. We did this in a bible class it was fun and we helped a lot of people.
