Ok I know the rest of the people who answered live in the U.S. because they picked American soap operas, but you guys should check out "Home and Away" its an Australian soap set in this small town called Summer Bay, its sooooooooooo great, I've watched it my entire life its completely addictive. And I'm not even Australian, I'm Irish, but its really popular in like 50 countries, so everyone is watching it. Its the top-rated soap opera on tv.com. You should check it out on YouTube if you can't get it in America. Heath Ledger, Guy Pearce, Melissa George, and Isla Fisher (from Wedding crashers) used to be in it.

General Hospital is the best soap opera on TV right now. They have the best actors/actresses, great story lines, and appeal to the older and younger generation.

Well, I used to watch "Another World", but since it got cancelled, the closest thing I watch to a soap opera is "Coronation Street".

I watch AMC and One Life to Live regularly, but today I watched Luke & Laura get married again on General Hospital. I think All My Children is my favorite.
