How much is Ever Quest 2 a month?

Even if it is a terrible game or not, i'm looking at getting a subscription for a xmas gift and would like to know how much it is a month or how much is the game cards are.

it is like 19.95 per month. It's not a horrrible game. I played for about 9 months.
