absolutely the most ridiculous instance of police abuse/brutality that i can recall in many years.....i am appalled...i sent this link to my dad as he and i discuss these issues daily and he says believe it or not it happens everyday all over.....just so happens someone caught this...i cannot believe they expected that guy to just get up...i wonder how easy it would have been for them to get up after being tazed...and to threaten him with tazing again? OUTRAGEOUS!...he was obviously incapacitated if he couldnt even get up so where was the threat to them that would have caused them to do it again!?!...i'd have probably been still puking my guts up too much to get off my knees!...can you say lawsuit?...i hope they get what they deserve...this was totally senseless....thank you for opening my eyes today

you're suitable that's to no longer shield and serve. Tazers being issued to police is the worst pass any administration could make. in actuality, tazers have been used so seldom in the previous that they did no longer comprehend what everlasting injury those issues would desire to truly do. I stay in Austin, Tx. and that i understand that 4 out of 10 calls the police listed decrease than are reporting tazer use. quite a few human beings have been killed by utilising "retarded" law enforcement officials with thier new toy, and others hospitaled for severe injuries. united statesa. is starting to be a police state right this moment. Luckly, we've made the 1st step and have been given rid of a rather good variety of those rattling repulicans in the residing house and senate. i'd desire to declare "Thank God We did something approximately it." hopefully, we can get rid of that retard BUSH in 2 years!

Thanks for posting this.

What is horrible is when they keep tazering him for not standing up. I live in NZ, where our police have just got tazers, and the public outcry is quite high. On the news they had a policeman volunteering to be tazered. You could tell he was trying to be all staunch about it, but as soon as they did it he screamed, and fell right over, almost paralysed. That guy COULDN'T get up, because he'd been tazered, so tazering him again and again because of it was just cruel and above all STUPID.

I think that no policeman here should be allowed to carry a tazer without having experienced it. Or at all, really, but at least then they'd know what they were doing.

It's shocking how easy it is for civil liberties to be rescinded in a state of panic and once they're gone it's so hard to take them back. "Here's your Patriots Act" indeed.

Thank you.

Especially in LA, there had to be more and your video bites. Half of it was the backside of the guy infront of the person filming. As a former LEO, it often comes down to the taz or fist fighting them. I ask you to do something 2 or 3 times and you blow me off I must assume for my safety you want to fight. Be glad we have the taz otherwise the cops would have to give a serious baton attitude check.

"If he was able to walk out of here, I think he was OK," the sergeant said.

Can I test that theory ... I would be happy to TAZER the sergeant numerous times up to the point he could not walk and see if he is OK. :)

It is a horrible scene. Police are very head strong I do not know what they are teaching them when they go to police school.
