I need this to be clarified. From what I know it shouldn't, but I need to make sure. I mean it should stick with you for the rest of your life or at lest until you get pardoned by the President or something.

DEPENDS ON THE CRIME

Depending on the crime your record will be sealed after you hit 18. The only time any crime comes OFF your record is if it is a summary offense or an ARD. The only time the President will be involved with a pardon is if you commit a federal crime. Otherwise, your Gov. will be the one you need to petition for a pardon. You should speak to a lawyer or the DA's office about you particular crime to find out if it will be sealed after you turn 18. If it won't be removed from your record and you plead guilty or no contest you'll need to visit your state website for instructions for a pardon. If you plead not guilty and were convicted you should see about an expungement.

Depends on the state. Most states require the juvenile offender who is now legal age to request that the Court expunge the juvenile record or seal the juvenile record. Check with the clerk of the juvenile court where the offenses occurred.
