There is only one country that have nuked another country do you know who that is? I don't like these unstable countries having nuclear weapons but then they probably are just as scared of us as we are of them.When was the last time they invaded another country they are making sure they are not the next Iraq.The only reason that Israel haven't used one is because they will lose western sympathy and all that aid.
