Emusic.com. I think you get about 40 downloads a month for $10. The thing is, most of the music is from obscure albums by big stars, or groups who are on indie labels or not quite famous. that's why they can sell downloads so cheaply. They have some decent stuff, if you like obscure blues, rock, etc. But if you want the latest by Chingy or something, you won't find it there.

well mp3.com they even have a part of the site that is free.
but i dont know anywhere that can beat walmart.

go to limewire and download the free basic verion and all the music will be free

limewire and bearshare.com are both free downloadable websites that have free music on. Be careful for viruses though! good luck!!!!!!!!!!
