I do not celebrate Christmas I celebrate the real Sun, Winter Solstice. Old tradition is hunted, grown and gathered food that was stored for winter, they ate what was available. I eat what sounds good. New years I also eat what I wish but not too much so I can have room for cocktails. Maybe I will eat Tamales, I make good Tamales, Thanks for the idea, yumm.

every year we do the same thing so I guess its traditional for us... we usually have: turkey, buns, veggies, dip, crackers, kobassa, cheeses, shrimp, scallops in bacon, ham rolls, pickles, olives, mini appatizers like snacks, shrimp dip, pumpernickle bread with spinach dip...lots of stuff like that. We dont like to sit down to a hot dinner. We like to have a variety of things so there is always something everyone likes.
