Albert Fish, ate some woman's kids and then wrote them a letter describing how they tasted. in addition to being a serial killer he was an extreme masochist and stuck an icepic into his sack and stuffed rags soaked with kerosene up his butt and lit them on fire among other things. He was actually looking forward to getting the electric chair because he wanted to feel the burn from the electricity.

Hands down, Andrei Chikatilo aka Rostov Ripper. He murdered, mutilated, cannibalized and necrophiled at least 52 children and young women in Russia. Some say the total was more like 200. He prayed on the disabled. A sick, sick man who watched while his brother was butchered and eaten by his own village when he was a child. He was married and had children of his own, like gacy, while he carried out these acts against humanity.Very disturbing.
