What jobs out there, besides fast food work and other traditional teenage occupations, can a person without a high school diploma or GED be qualified to do?

I don't mean to be critical, but I don't think anyone will pay a base salary of $800 a week to someone who doesn't even have a high school diploma. How much work experience do you have? The only thing I would think of is waiting tables or bartending. You should really consider a GED if you dropped out of high school. BTW...my best friend is a waitress and makes a decent living. She also has a son to care for.

I don't think the guys who do lawnwork around here are highly educated, and they get way more than minimum. One offered to do my lawn (about 15 minutes, it's small, and he had a huge power mower) for 50 bucks!

secretary work. filing, answering phones, etc.
possibly working in a hair salon if you complete some kind of cosmetology training
working for the department of motor vehicles, perhaps? oh wait, nevermind. forget that last one.
