On eBAY there is a Trademark Misuse policy, what exactly is this?
I just wanted to know because i've been notified that i've done this.

I'm pretty sure it means that you've used someone's or some companies trademarked logo or graphic without their permission.

that you are using someones trademark to market/sell an item you have, that is not made by them
ie calling a pair of sunglasses you are selling by calling them/describing them as Gargoyles type or Gargoyles - like when they aren't.

Did you copy an advertisement or picture(s) from someone else? That is basically what it means.
