I heard of a new company out of china which is rumored to have a video game console that will rival the 360, ps3 and the Wii. Is this true?

Whether it exists or not, I doubt it will rival the existing consoles in the western world. People have their mind made up about which console they prefer, and they won't change just for the fun of it.
