happens to me all the time! all u have to do is ignore him and pretend to be unbothered by his annoyance. after a while, he'll get tired of it.

Ive dealt with annoying people before. Just be honest and tell him that he needs to leave you alone. Sometimes it can get out of hand when people are constantly bugging you. I know from experience. My husband tried to brush off an annoying person and just ignore them and it didn't work. They then took drastic measures since he talked to them. They wrote him letters and got up in church and said things about him in front of everyone in church and also sent him gifts. It really got out of hand. It turned out that she had mental problems. I'm not saying that the person bugging you has mental problems, but that you just need to tell them to leave you alone and that you don't want them bothering you anymore. You may have to be firm, but not necessarily mean.

It depends on how old you are, where the event is taking place and how he is bugging you.

If it's at school, talk to a counselor or teacher. If you are both adults, tell the guy to back off in plain language. If he still continues to bother you, see the cops about filing criminal charges such as stalking or sexual harassment.

Well it depends on why he is annoying you. If is out of true fun you can let someone know who can help. If it is because he is bored you can try to do something to make him leave you alone( anything he doesn't understand or want to be around.) Also you could try to be this persons friend. I have had this problem and all they wanted was to be friends. Hope you fix your problem.

Be nice if possible. If your patient wears thin, act like someone no one would want to be friends with, or scare him off by talking about something way awkward, or tell him if he likes you he should buy you something. If none of that works tell him he's annoying and to leave you alone. He'll need to hear it sooner or later....

Tell him to BACK OFF BUD! You have a right to tell people to get out of your face and personal space. If that doesn't work, take more serious action, he was previously warned at this point

When you see him approaching you start walking away, if you are in public start screaming attract a lot of attention from other people he will get the idea and leave you alone.

Very often with such people you need to blunt. Tell him you are too busy with your life and do not have any spare time left. Show him the way to exit...
