i was wondering if a person didnt like another person and they were both girls and one of the girls was pregnant and the other girl knew and since she hated the other girl that was pregnant she fought her and killed the baby but the other girl didnt tell the police, can she get away with that or will she go to jail?

Nothing gets past God. What kind of person fights a pregnant woman anyway. Sounds like a psychopath to me.

You know something, that is disgusting. What did that poor baby ever do?
And I would hope that the mother DID go to the cops because after so many weeks of the pregnancy, causing a person to have a miscarriage is MURDER. And if the pregnant woman also dies during the attack, that would be considered Murder under special circumstances, and I would hope that you don't live in a state that has the death penalty.
Whether you like a person or not, you shouldn't do anything to them if they are pregnant that could harm their child. It is sick and disgusting and you would be a baby killer. Try living that down when people find out. Who gives this person the right to be the judge, jury and executioner of an unborn child???? To even think about doing something like that is a gruesome and desecrating to the mother and unborn child. People with this mentality should be in prison and they will learn about this concept the hard way. Prisoners by their own admissions are death on baby killers. So if you are convicted just sign your will and confirm your funeral arrangements because that is all the time you will have left in your life once you enter the prison system.

Well..It all depends on how far along she was. The first 3-4 months are the most critical. But the girl who killed the baby would go to jail for murder if the pregnant girl pressed charges, but if she doesnt, then it never happened. B/c once she tells the police they probly arent gonna believe her anyway, b/c she didnt report her right away...but more~n~likely she will go to jail for it..!

Depends on the state law and how far along she was. She should at least tell what happened to the cops. Let them handle the girl that killed the baby. Good luck

I think even if the pregnant mother didn't press charges, charges could still be brought up against the girl that caused the miscarriage. Check with the local police.
