you can't have him arrested, even if it is slander
you can try to sue him, tort laws vary from state to state
if you're serious about it, get legal advice from a professional

slander is only when something is not truthful.
if you don't want people to know something about what you are doing or are or whatever, I would suggest you do or be those things.
I would also suggest that you are not the one referred to in the page, rather the person who created it as slander and this is very childish.

Truth is a defense to slander, and criminal libel is almost impossible to charge.
I can't look at your page, but there may be liability for untrue statements. I.e. you can sue him, but probably can't have him arrested.; there may also be civil liability for "public disclosure of private facts," a very specilized "privacy" tort, if the facts are of very intimate nature. There may also be liabilty for identity theft or impersonation.
Most importantly, CONTACT MYSPACE and tell them that the account is fraudulent. At least you can get them to take the page down.

There is nothing illegal about posting the truth. And there is nothing wrong with him having an opinion about your morals or mothering skills. I would suggest changing your passwords and moving on.
