I agree with you! I love Somewhere in Time!! My favourites are Wasted Years and The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner...and Heaven Can Wait, I love the change of pace in the middle of the song and the chorus whoooahwhoo...ok I gotta go...I'm gonna play it now!

Dude, im going to have to say Powerslave. I recomend that you take a full listen to it, and if you dont have it...BUY IT! lol

Good List (for Dickinson):
Number Of The Beast (of course)
Piece Of Mind (not the best, but awesome)
Seventh Son Of A Seventh Son (progressive...yes, good....yes)

and pick up the two pre-Bruce albums (Iron Maiden and Killers)

I promise that you will think twice about whos better, Paul Di'Anno or Bruce Dickinson....eh, and i guess Blaze had some good songs (like Lord Of The Flies, Man On The Edge, Futureal, The Clansman, Sign Of The Cross)

peace man

Always a pleasure to see a fellow Maiden fan.I know this might upset some but I believe "Seventh Son of a Seventh Son" is without a doubt some of their best. Maybe it was the imagery or maybe the track "Infinite Dreams" but I love it.That record and Somewhere in Time are great but I think that "Seventh" is more realized...can I play with madness!!!!

Powerslave

I think it's the most consistent of thier albums and "The Rime of the Ancient Mariner" is one awesome song.

For sheer mass of material, I'd have to go with "Live After Death", for studio albums it would be "Piece Of Mind".

Definitely Powerslave - I think the whole band was at their creative best on that record (start to finish)
