use sarcasm.... that way your telling the truth , but they think you are just joking,... like, if i cheated on my husband id say., "yea honey , i totally slept with this hot guy last night" out of the blue, and with a big cheesy smile.. and hes like "haha your real funny sweetheart" and we both laugh, but little does he know i really meant it.. that way i dont have it on my consious, he just didnt believe me... lol... and if they say "Are you serious?" say " do i sound like im serious?" and just start laughing.. always answer a question with a question...

Easy, when you go to tell a lie just mix it with the truth. For example say you had to lie to your Best friend on why you were late for dinner. The truth was that you got off work early and went to the mall. Tell your friend that you had to work and didn't get off till bout 30 minutes before you had to meet them and you had to go home and shower. There are better ones but I can't come up with one right now.
