Yes.. I took 2 pregnancy tests (just to be sure) 7 full days before my period was even due and both were positive. (I was pregnant!)
The tests i took was the brand "Answer" which had a very bold positive line and then i took a clearblue easy test and the positive line was there but faint.
Go to http://www.peeonastick.com to read all about when you can take a pregnancy test.
You can take a at home test 19 days after the day you think you conceived and a blood test will show you are pregnant or not 7 days after conception.
Good luck

yes. pregnancy tests can work before you missed a period. Most require so many days after conception to detect the hormones though. If you are worried about last night, you will have to wait, but a week ago and the results may be accurate. Read the box, I think 3 days is the minimum, remember it goes by when the egg may have been fertilized not when your period should fall.

Yes. But it is most effective a few days within the time of your expected period. EPT is the best test for testing before your expected period. Up to 4 days before.

Yes, there are tests that CLAIM to do this, and in some cases they actually work. (EPT and First Response are brands I can think of off of the top of my head.) However, the earlier you test, the higher the percentage of getting a false negative. I spent tons of time and money doing this to myself, and didn't get a positive result until one week AFTER I had missed my period. I know that sometimes, it's hard to wait, but it saves you a lot of stress this way :)

theres a first responce test taken about 5 days before ur missed but there is the possibility that it could read wrong, the earlier u take it before ur missed period the more likely that the test will come back in correct, so do it within three days of when ur period usually passes

Of course you can, now will it work...probably not. They do have the tests that work before your missed period, but you're best bet for an accurate result is to wait.

You can, but you have a good chance of getting a false negative. To rule out the chances of a false negative, it's best (and hard to do) wait for your period to be late, or test the morning your period is due.
Remember that first morning urine is the best urine to use, because it will have a higher concentration of hcg hormone.
