Some good German Techno artists are Lexy&K-Paul, Paul van Dyke, Dr. Motte but even though they are German, they don´t sing in German (or rarely).
I suggest you
Wir Sind Helden
Sportfreunde Stiller
Rosenstolz
Rammstein
2raumwohnung

They are my favorite German groups where I guess you could learn German from by listening to it.

Einsturzende Neubauten is not a techno group and if you r only doing this for the language lesson, you'll be in for quite a shock. These guys will peel your face off.Classic.They have been doing it for 25 years and still going.I guess they would as good as any to learn german from if you are into this kind of industrial music. They are brilliant. If not....KMFDM!!!!
