Thats Shirley Bassey. A great Welsh Diva. And yes she did sing a couple of tunes for two Bond films. One was "Goldfinger", and the other was "Diamonds Are Forever", which was sampled to great effect by Kanye West on Diamonds Of Sierra Leone. I am not sure it is Shirley Bassey. It looks like her and it sounds like her, but the real thing, international superstar and singer of actual Bond songs to bit part singer in a Marks and Sparks ad ? In addition to this, I know about the wonders of plastic surgery, but the Shirley in the ad doesn't look a day over thirty.
