The Orleans does not have a shuttle to/from the airport, they do have a free shuttle to Gold Coast and to the Barbary Coast...

The cheapest way to get from McCarran to Orleans is to take the CAT bus, you can catch either the #108(Paradise) or #109 Maryland Parkway. The cost is $1.25 , ask the driver for a transfer when you get on...Transfer to the #201 West bound Tropicana, this bus will take you to the Orleans.. You're allowed one carry on and a briefcase..

Walking is always the cheapest. But if you call the hotel they might have a bus that picks you up. it just costs a tip to the driver.
